Hyundai Kona: Canadian choices and Ontario listings

Start with Kona when a smaller SUV fits your passengers, parking space and regular cargo. Repeat the same seating and loading checks in a Tucson before paying for more size. Compare the complete model year, engine and drivetrain on each quote.

Keep 2026 and 2027 equipment separate

  • The Canadian showroom now presents 2027 Kona. Its specification list includes 2.0L Essential, 2.0L Preferred, Preferred with Trend Package, 2.0L Luxury and N Line with Ultimate Package.
  • The existing Kona/Tucson guide uses a 2026-to-2026 baseline. Its 2026 equipment table does not establish the features of a 2027 listing.
  • Kona Electric is a separate battery-electric choice. A gasoline Kona price, fuel rating or financing example is not an Electric quote.

Choose a useful two-vehicle shortlist

Choose the least expensive configuration that satisfies your daily fit and equipment needs. Verify FWD or AWD on the exact unit. For an Electric candidate, add home or public charging costs and the charging routine to your comparison. Keep a 2026 closeout and a 2027 vehicle as two dated quotes rather than blending their offers.

Put the quotes on the same basis

Record the exact year, trim, engine and drivetrain; advertised purchase price; fees and optional extras; Ontario HST and licensing; rate, term, down payment and trade equity. For a lease, include kilometres, residual, due-now cash and expiry. Compare the total obligation as well as the weekly or monthly amount.
