Before a guide is published, we check its facts, sources and business disclosures. Published guides name the author and show when we last checked the content. Preview guides are still in review.

Examples are marked as examples. Standalone calculators start with an example rate that you can change. Vehicle listings can include the dealer’s advertised rates and terms, with a source and verification date. These are estimates rather than financing approvals. Model ratings describe configurations; current listings show individual vehicles and prices. When personal sales help is available, the salesperson’s dealership appears with it.
